Okay, I sent the PRDX file. The default action seems to be to not print the background, which is fine. I just cannot find anywhere that it is explicitly stated to use or not use backgrounds. Thank you in advance for taking a look at this.

I cannot, for the life of me, find the option to keep background images. This is frustrating. I've spent 1-1/2 hours searching for it, both in the program and online, without success.

I finally had to export as a PPTX and open it with LibreOffice Impress, where I was then able to export to PDF with ...

Thank you, that (kind of) worked. It messes with things when I have to do multiple edits.

Also, why should that be the exception and not the rule? Normally, I want a hierarchical bullet/numbered set rather than just a flat one. It's one of the (very) few things that I have an issue with in ...

However, I get nothing but the first heading, no matter how many times I indent. I've searched the Internet and didn't find anything; I've also tried editing the numbered list format, and nothing works. Example:
